The special rate is only available for 3 months by standard taxi-cab only so you have to act fast and book rides in advance. This Spring and Summer discount offer starts on May 21st, 2019 and ends on August 21st, 2019. You have to board the taxi-cab inside of the expressway ring (I-94, US-23, M-14) and can qualify for discounted rides on any day just as long as the ride is not booked during weekday rush hours (6:30am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm). Gretchen Whitmer will be sticking with tradition as the 6th sitting Governor to deliver a commencement address for U of M in the past 40 years. Although she is an MSU Spartan graduate (but also former Towsley Policymaker in Residence – U of M) it will be all about the maize and blue graduates and their achievements on the the 4th.
